The Membership Services Office is located in the East Gym Room 139.


Regular office hours for 2007 - 08 are Monday through Friday:
9:30 am - 4:30 pm during Fall and Spring semesters
11:00 am - 2:00 pm during most intersessions
9:30 am - 3:30 pm during Summer semester
Please note: all hours of operation are subject to change; extended hours occur during Fall and Spring Membership Drives.

All memberships, classes, passes and services for Wellness Services and Open Recreation are available for purchase only at the Membership Services Office during business hours. Guest day and week passes are also available and must be purchased only at the Membership Services Office during business hours.

A valid Binghamton University photo ID is required for all members and participants. Registrations must be completed in person, telephone registrations are not accepted. Renewing members must visit the office to renew their memberships and/or lockers before they expire in order to continue using the same locker and combination or Recreation card.

The office accepts cash, checks, traveler's checks, money orders, VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express, or $BUCS as forms of payment. Checks must be made payable to Binghamton University (sorry, no third party checks or starter checks accepted).
